We have 2 sites at present and are looking to expand this.

What next if you are dropping your vehicle off with us?

On the day before or the morning off your booking you will receive a text message starting with your registration number of your booked vehicle. This is not a spam text and will be needed to drop your vehicle off.

The morning of your booking in Brighton our lockers are located on the south side of the estate at unit B9. In Eastbourne they are located at the center of the building

The main entrance door code will also be at the beginning of your autopoint text message, please follow the instructions on the door.

Open your text message starting with your reg number then use the 6-digit code or open the link to generate a qr code. If using a QR code press start and choose the code picture bottom left on our locker

You can leave a voice message up to 60 seconds which goes directly to the technician with any faults you would like looked at.

Our trained technicians will then carry out the service you are booked in for and complete a vehicle health check which will then be priced up. This will be emailed to you and followed up with a call from a service advisor to explain in detail any findings.

If any work is authorised our team will send an invoice straight away and a payment link via email or text.

Once the invoice is paid and your vehicle is complete, we will send another text with your collection code.
